Shipping policy

1. Due to COVID-19, we are making less trips to the post office. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after placing order.

2. All items are shipped from Georgia. 

3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including packages delivered to the wrong address. 

4. If the package is sent back to Mamacita Cosmetics, you are responsible for the shipping fee to send it again.

5. Once an item leaves our warehouse, we are NOT responsible for shipping delays due to the shipping carrier. 

6. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

7. ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL: We are not responsible for customs or duty charges.
